Spent three nights in a Hill Collection Deluxe room with amazing views. We loved the fancy cocktail bar and the spa, even though it was a bit of a trek. Plus, strolling through the nearby park felt refreshing.

Had a great time with my partner. the room's decor was spot on and matched the description perfectly. Loved the fresh and delicious lunch we had. Can't wait to return!

We enjoyed a lovely two-night escape, taking advantage of the beautiful river views and nearby Richmond Park. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety, and the cozy atmosphere made our stay memorable. Pro tip, explore the hotel's bar for a relaxing evening drink!

i previously stayed in richmond and this time was even better at the hotel. the hill collection double room was spacious and well-decorated, making our stay so enjoyable. the breakfast spread was fantastic, with fresh pastries, juices, and great coffee.

The make-your-own pancake machine was a hit for breakfast, and the restaurant 144 on The Hill served up some scrumptious bites. Plus, the cozy lounge area provided a perfect spot for a nightcap after a day of adventures.

Had a cheeky disturbance with some noise at 5am on a Sunday—definitely felt the effects of a smaller room. Still, the charm shined through, even with the occasional ruckus.

Had a great time with friends! The breakfast was amazing, and we loved visiting the nearby Kew Gardens and the beautiful Thames riverside. Just keep in mind that getting to the train stations requires some travel, but definitely worth it for such a lovely stay.
