Unbeatable location opposite wonderful park, in the local area.

The hotel is in a very attractive area, with plenty to do and everything within walking distance. The location at the top of the hill offers lovely sunset views from the terrace. The staff at reception were very helpful and the basic amenities in the rooms were in good condition, with an excellent shower.
One minor aspect that could be improved upon was the lack of a chair or even a small table in the room.
-
Max
Good location up on the hill, quieter than in the town, and a few minutes to the main entrance to the park. Easy parking and helpful staff at check-in. Comfortable room on the ground floor with all amenities.
Felt very relaxed, no complaints at all.

Views are not very nice.

Savoury breakfasts on a very hard bun. Central location on the hill. And next to London, and the park and the river.

Christopher
This hotel is situated in a wonderful area of London, at the top of the hill near the terrace with lovely sunset views. It's amazing to be situated right next to the park, with everything in walking distance. The rooms are equipped with all the facilities necessary and have good views of the Thames. Additionally, the breakfast offers several different options and is served with high quality in all aspects.
The breakfast rolls were quite hard and could be improved.

Actually everything was excellent. Booked deluxe king room with a 4' 6 "small double-bed. Appreciated the decor, it was contemporary. The location was stunning on top of the hill. And we were short walk to Richmond Park and restaurant.
-
Christine
The breakfast was savoury and sensational at £16, we appreciated it. We had the superior king room provided with great view, beverages, as for instance. Our accommodation was set in a central location next to the river, Richmond town centre and train station, and a pleasant restaurant.

This hotel has a great location right next to a beautiful park with lots of activities for families to enjoy. The view from our room was stunning and we really enjoyed the leisure facilities, especially the pool. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.
The check-in process was a bit slow and disorganized.

Bright, compact unit with a 4' 6 "small double-bed, and attentive staff. The amazing location for the price, close enough to Richmond Hill and Richmond park and Thames river walks.
-

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with a pleasant local area boasting nice pubs, restaurants, and shops nearby. The swimming pool is a big plus, allowing guests to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The staff is friendly and the service is good overall, providing a comfortable stay.
The outdated rooms and occasional wear and tear can be off-putting for some guests.
